Did the layout per the plans for the right F-7110 stick boot ring. Drilled holes in corners then upsized with step drill to 1/4 radius. Used dremel cut off wheel to connect the corners. Cleaned up cuts with files, emory paper and scotchbrite. Drilled mounting holes #40 then upsized for screws. Made the bend per plans and checked against floor. Finally rounded corners on the plate, deburred all holes and scuffed with scotchbrite. Did the same to make the left side ring.
