Followed same procedure as on 5/10 and drilled angle and lower hinge on the left seat. After test fit I removed the seat back and clamped the seat back at the top and confirmed the angles are 1/8 inch too long. Marked and trimmed the angle to match the seat back. Did layout for first two holes from the top down. Drilled angles on the drill press then match drilled to seat back. Located F-637C angles and used vixen file, sander, and scotchbrite wheel to make radius on vertex per the plans. Marked hole location for angle and clamped in place. Match drilled skin and angle. Located hole position for top hinge. Drilled the top hinge on the drill press then used it to match drill the skin. Marked last hole on side angle, removed angle and drill on the press. Match drilled to skin. Laid out hole location for seat back support hinge and drilled on the press. Match drilled to F-638 brace. Put the seat in for another test fit.
