Brief Description: Drill Hinges to Right Seat Floor
Did the hole layout for the F-637E floor hinges on the right side. Drilled the aft hinge for the screws. Test fit showed two holes too close to screws going into ribs. Moved holes and drilled hinge to #40 on the drill press. Match drilled the hinge to the floor, clecoing as I went. Did the same process for the other two hinges. Test fit in the plane and found I hadn't moved holes far enough and they hit edge of underlying ribs, Drilled the ribs and made a small relief for the rivet tail. Drilled all holes up to #30.
