Removed all the blue plastic from F-652 and did the layout for the curved corners and all the holes for mounting screws. Cut the corners with snips, followed by trim with dremel cutoff, and finally filed to proper size/shape. Centerpunched and drilled mounting holes to #40. Used a step drill to cut hole for top of shoulder harness pass through, used dremel on the sides. Edge finished cut outs and remainder of the F-652 with files, emory cloth and scotchbrite. Used duct tape to hold the F-652 on the bulkhead to get initial holes drilled and cleco'd. Drill all holes to #40, will upsize next.
