Brief Description: Drill F-751 and Install Nutplates
I climbed inside the airplane for the first time today. I drilled the F-751 baggage bulkhead to the F-706 bulkhead with a #19 drill for the screws. Removed the bulkhead and took off the blue plastic on the edges and center. Deburred all holes and edge finished the piece with files and scotchbrite. Deburred the holes in the F-706 bulkhead and then used a nutplate jig to drill holes for mounting the nutplates. Had to change the orientation of the bottom two to clear nutplates I added to make the aft baggage cover removable. Deburred all holes. Dimpled nutplates and mounting holes with the squeezer. Riveted on nutplates with the squeezer.
