Brief Description: Finish Prep on Right Side Skin, Rivet Left F-704H
Completed the dimpling of the right side skin with the C-frame. Peeled the blue plastic off the inside and washed the skin in Dawn dish soap and warm water. Set aside to dry.
Used the squeezer to rivet the left F-704H side plate onto the F-770 skin. Set the rivets as called out in the plans, with five forward of cut-out and six aft. The drawings call out the lowest rivet on both sides of the cut-out to be pulled rivets. It is clear why this is so for the forward rivet, but not the aft, so I used a solid rivet in the aft position.
Right side skin was now dry so I primed it with NAPA 7220.
