Brief Description: Drill axels for cotter pins, adjust nose wheel
I adjusted the nose wheel break out force per the plans at 22 pounds; I used a little fish scale attached to the axel with a bracket slipped under the axle bolt. Then I drilled the nose gear axel with slow electric drill and Boe Lube. This worked fine even though the axels are hardened. I also drilled the other main gear after snugging up the nut so it was tight but caused not drag.
