Brief Description: Canopy - Cutting the windscreen
I started trimming the windscreen; this is going to be a slow process to fit and trim it into place. I’ll keep making small cuts until it fits well, and then mount the main canopy skirts. Since I’m using Sika Flex, this fitting has to be done with the bonding spacers on the tube, remember the Sika bonding line needs to be 3/16” thick to allow for flex and temperature expansion differentials. It cold this week is South Carolina, so I’m not rushing to get to the glass layups, I need warmer temperatures to do this.
