I cut some of the parts for the canopy, mainly skirt support. They required many lightening holes as you can see in the picture. I made the holes slightly smaller than the plans, because they would have hit the bend radius and I just didn’t like the look or what I think would be some loss of stiffness. I went with 1” diameter versus the plans dimension of 1 1/8”.
