Brief Description:  Cleaning up loose ends

Today I wanted to clean up some loose ends on the engine systems. The throttle needed final cotter pins, wiring and inspection lacquer. I also needed to safety wire the throttle mount bracket on the bottom of the engine and tighten the cable firewall thru fitting. I still may come back and get rid of some of the padded cable tie wire mounts in favor of the more rigorous Adel clamps even though my friendly A&P mechanic thinks it is overkill.
