Brief Description:  Brake Pedal Build

Today was really fun building, but a occasionally a little monotonous because you have to do each part four times. The brake pedals look pretty good when they are assembled, so now I dreaming up ways to make them cool. I tried buffing one of the pedals, and it would be possible to make them look like chrome, but it is a lot of work. Then there is the problem of scratching from your shoes, I have seen many RV’s with worn paint of them. I’m not sure quite how to finish them, so I’ll do a little research and see what comes up. The work to build these is layout, cut angles, taper angles, drill the assemblies, smooth all the edges by sanding and Scotch Brite, trial fit, prime, paint and rivet. I will hold off on the priming until I get a few more parts and put these parts in the pending box.
