Ok, not AC just fresh air vents. Today I was planning to prime parts, but the wind was gusting to 20, and it just wasn’t going to happen. Rather than wasting time, I looked at the “To Do” list and decided the air vents where a good project for the afternoon. Because I’m mounting my vents in the panel above the longeron instead of below, it requires a little special routing. I used a 2 ¼” instrument hole punch which is a perfect size hole for the duct to pass through the F-7105B L & R. I will line the edge of the hole with some Nylon edging grommet. I have some Pro Seal coming from Van’s tomorrow and will get the vents glued down early next week. The air vents from Experimental Air are also on the way and will mount them as shown in my panel plan.
