This is just a repeat of the right step, except I had this step made 3" wider as a concession to my prosthetic leg. This wider step allows me to get up with my good leg, bring the prosthetic up to the step and then step forward onto the wing with my good leg. Russ McCutcheon who makes the steps for Vans was gracious enough to extend the step for my plane and did a great job with a double weld for strength. You have to love the RV community; they will do anything to help the new guy out. Thanks Russ.
