It doesn't look like a lot of building, but trust me 60 platenuts take time. I won’t go into details but here are a few tips for this build:
1) The tank uses K1100 platenuts, because you have to dimple the tank skin. There is not enough depth for countersinking. Also, you will need to grind a flat side on the dimple die so you don’t mess up the Pro-seal tank joint. 2) The rest of the platenuts except the 2 near the flap are K1000 and you can countersink the three layers of the rib, walkway and skin. 3) The two platenuts near the flap are the one legged MS variety and with require a shim to even thing with the rear spar flange.
