Brief Description: Fabrication & priming the aileron hinges and brace
Not a lot to say here, it just take some fun time to prime parts, drill to fit and set it on the wing and drill into position. I ended up making a special back riveting jig for the aileron hinges so I could do a proper job of riveting the angles on. The pneumatic squeezer wouldn't quite do the trick, so bucking seemed the way to go. I drilled a hole in a piece of steel plate to except an 1/8" rivet set, and then used a back rivet set to set the rivet. This worked really well and the hinges turned out very good.
