I started the rudder today because I could not prime the horizontal stab parts due to 2 days of rain. Nothing hard here but it does take a lot of time to taper the stiffener angles and of course all has to be match drilled to the skins and then comes endless de-burring and dimpling. I did mess up one stiffener with the pneumatic squeezer and Van does not give you any extra material so I'll have to order another R915, I now have two parts in my “hall of shame”.
