Brief Description:  Modifications to air induction

I called Vans to ask a few questions about the M1B induction box being too wide to fit in the inlet nacelle. Ken said, yep it it fits the angle valve just fine, but for the M1B requires some modifications to the snorkel, including a indent for the alternator. Well sure enough, I mounted the alternator and it did indeed interfere with the snorkel box. What you see in the pictures are the mods required to make it all fit. The inlet baffle floor also has to be extended beyond the side baffle for the platenuts the hold the air filter retainer. I’ll show more pictures as I finalize the air filter brackets.
