There is not a lot to these Stewart Warner sender modifications, follow the instructions that Vans sends with the units and they should be close enough with minor tweaks to slide into the tanks. The main thing to watch hear is the dimensions for the bends are different from the right tank sender to the lefts one. Also, you need to make a bend allowance of about a 1/16” otherwise all your dimensions will end up too large. I’ll do the final adjustment when I mount them into the tank and can check the throw and resistance on a meter
