I had a few hours today after the endless Christmas holiday parties, dinners and guests, so I slid off to the hanger. I didn’t want to start anything major, so I looked at the “to do” list and the seat belt cable guides jumped out at me. These parts were made straight off the drawing at pop riveted in place. What makes them very practical is if you remove the top panel in the baggage compartment the cables are removable. These really just hold the seat belt cables in place and keep the cables from chafing. There is nothing to explain on the fabrication, it is just measuring, marking, drilling, cutting and riveting in place. Done.
