Worked on th HS 609 PP including rounding the ends per the plans and adding a radius to them to fit properly in the HS 603 PP rear spars. This turned out to be a significant task the get the radius to match the bend in the spar. Filed all edged smooth and worked them with a Scotch Brite until they were equal to 400 grit finish.
