The 2 fibreglass skirt halves have to be trimmed for side to fit the fuse as desired. There are scribe lines which I used to lay down the electrical tape to make sure I don't wonder off with the dremel.
Cutting the skirts demans a bit of protection, a $10 suit from HD does the trick. LOTS of fibreglass dust everywhere during and after this operation. Used a dremel with a dimond cut-off wheel which made fairly quick work of the rough cut. Rough, in the sense that there are multipel scribe lines on each skirt, and I cut to leave the largest piece, so I can fine-tune after getting the skirt drilled and clecoed to the canopy frame rails and ribs.
