Brief Description: ELT Remote Switch Install

Time to cut a rectangular hole. To make sure it looks like it is supposed to, I drilled this out from the panel side. • Clecoed the template in place on the forward side, and taped around the template to keep from accidentally scratching else. • Used #40 bit to drill the perimeter of the template - yes it looks quite ugly. • Followed the #40 with #30 to connect the holes enabling removal of the unwanted material to reveal a very ugly rectangular hole. • Proceeded with filing smooth(er) the rectangular hole until the remote ELT switch fits and the four screw hole align properly.
