Jeremy cut the radio stack brackets on the CNC, so they match perfectly to each other, and the pre-drilled #40 holes (5 each) match perfectly to the panel. I plan to use AN426-3 rivets to attach to the panel.
Used the EAA hanger bending brake to make the ~ 90 degree bends needed on the bracket for the panel attach tab, and also the two other sides to provide stiffness to the bracket.
The brackets are drilled with #40 holes for the attach rivets, as is the panel. What I did not take into account is the GTR 200 mounting tray, which takes about 1/8" more than the 6.25 " width of the radio.. so the brackets don't quite align as needed...
What to do... it's not a problem, Jeremy can easily replicate the brackets, I can bend the tabs for the attach points taking this 1/8" into account.
