Brief Description: Testing Fitting Avionics in Test Panel
Jeremy cut a test panel from thin MDF so I can test fit all of the avionics and other various bits into the panel.
This CNC stuff is wickedly accurate. As long as you feed the program the correct data, and also plan how the cuts need to occur, you get something amazing.
All of the various components fit well, the only exception is the RC Allen LED Indicator for the elevator trim setting. RAC made the LED fixture square, the CNC bit cannot do square, so I'll simply use a square file to complete the corners, otherwise everything fits very well.
