Brief Description:  More Panel Changes

Made changes to the panel layout based on how I imagine I will be flying.

• Moved the flap switch to immediately above the throttle quadrant, I can push the up/down switch without having to take my left hand off of the quadrant levers.
• Move the fresh air vent to immediately above the flap switch.
• Swapped the location of the GPSMAP 496 and the GMC 305 controller,
• Move the elevator trim LED indicator from the CB run at the bottom of the panel, to above the GTR 200 radio, on the right side (blue tape).
• Moved the Dynon D6 to the lower portion of the panel immediately right of the GDU 460 (the big TV screen as a friend calls it).
• Moved the compass to above the D6. If I have EM interference for the compass, I'll look into some mu metal to protect the compass.
• Removed the LED indicator for Flap position, I'll be using a flap management system with the switch so the indicator is not needed (and the RCA LED indicator does not work with the flap motor.)

The bottom of the panel now contains 15 CB, grouped from left to right in 5-5-3-2

I need to sort out the P-Lead issue, so I capture the Magneto model information and sent it off to Bogert Aviation. My magnetos do not have P-Lead adapters on the back side, they require the large hex nut fitting.
