Brief Description:  Canopy Rail Fitting

Canopy interior handle and lock latch temporily installed to ensure closure with windscreen rollbar. center rail block installed. The Canopy frame fits well relative to the windscreen rollbar, but, no where else.

The sides of the canopy frame are too close to the frame rails at the mid and rear vertical tubes, too high in the rear relative to the center rail, and too far apart at the front vertical tube.

First, corrected the width of the camopy frame at the mid and rear vertical tubes, by standing on the frame and pulling... re-installing, and checking, removing, pulling some more, re-installing and checking, removing, repeat... all about a dozen times.

After the last correction for the canopy frame at the mid and rear vertical tubes, the front of the canopy was WAY to wide. Ken lifted the rear of the frame so only the front was in ground contact, and I compressed the front of canopy frame, numerous times, re-installing and re-checking each time. After about a dozen attempts, the canopy frame slides easily on the frame rails, and the canopy frame fits nicely with the fuse.
