Brief Description: Aileron Bellcranks, Flap System Mock-Up
Finished shaping the flat patterns for the two aileron bulkheads. These are left clecoed together so that they are exact duplicates. I used my new 12 inch disc sander to do all the outside edges and drum sanders run on my drill press to do the inside edges and radii. I also found my parts for the electric flap system and loose assembled them in the wing. Pretty nice. I need to get serious about the mock up and mark the torque tubes for attachment to the flap actuator arm.
