The flap actuator bridges over the flap hinges. The area above the hinge has to be built up to be level with the hinge. I added a four ply laminate per instructions. I layed up the plys on tin foil all at one time and cut a nice square four ply laminate from the foil sandwich. It looks like I will need one more ply to make it level with the hinge
