Brief Description: Lower Wing Tip Flanges and Seat Pans
Trimmed and sanded the wing tip reinforcement flanges. Fit the lower wing tip halves. Layed out the wing tip mounting screws and drilled and clecoed the wing tips to the wing flanges. I then broke the reinforcements from the fixed flanges. I then mixed up some medium thick cabosil mix and bonded the wingtip lower halves to the reinforcements in place on the wing using the clecos as clamps. I also worked on the seat pans. I marked the RH side seat pan flange and drilled for the attachment screws then broke it free from the the pan. I bonded both of the new molded flanges to the small inboard flange of the existing pan that I had cut free from the original pans using a medium thick cabosil mix.
