Finished fitting and drilling the left-side lower acces panel on the boot cowl.
I match drilled the holes for the reinforcing channel, and drilled the holes for the nuplates. I used 11/64" drill holes to have a little clearance for a #8 truss-head machine screw. I'll countersink and attach the channel and nutplates to the panel with 3/32" flush rivets. .032 channel + .025 panel + .032 nutplate + 5/32 rivet allowance = .250" rivet length.
