Put Stewart Systems EkoFill fabric coating on Ceconite covered seat.
After the glue cured overnight, I shrunk the fabric to 300 deg. Then I put on the EkoFill. I used a disposable foam brush. Since the seats aren't outside and aren't intended to be a shiny finish, I only put two coats of fill. I just wanted to protect the fabric, not make it show-quality smooth. But the results were pretty good anyhow.
The EkoFill was very easy to work with - just like the glue. Not very smelly, easy to clean up. I'm liking the water-borne products so far.
