Brief Description:  Started installing Firewall

When I got to the floorboards in front of the seats, I was a little confused about the way the bulkhead at station B underneath the floor would fit. It can be attached to the floorboards in this area so it's a bit of a decision about the method. I wanted to explore the options here, so I decided to mount the firewall so I could clamp the bottom tunnel and station B bulkhead in place to check the fit.

The Firewall comes with a couple of pilot holes drilled in it that align with the top two motor mount bolt holes. These bolt holes in the fuselage have to be drilled or reamed out for the AN6 bolts. These tubes come with a 5/16" inside diameter. The drilling in these is tedious because all of the welding around the tube has left hard places in the tube. Since I don't have the proper reaming bit for this, I used a high-quality twist drill, but I still had to file and lap the bores for smoothness. I used a round file and some emery cloth in a large cotter pin (mounted in a drill) to clean up the holes so the bolts would go through smoothly.
