Brief Description: Attended Sun N Fun, flew in a Bearhawk!
Attended Sun N Fun 2008 for three and a half days. Spent some more time talking with the AviPro people and Bob Barrows, as well as seeing the Bearhawk Patrol for the first time. "Super Cub" builders look out!! The Patrol is stout!
Also got to take a demo flight in Mark Goldberg's airplane. Performance with the O-540 is absolutely awesome! I was completely impressed by the real thing in the air - which is good since I'm committed at this point...
Spent a lot of time talking to engine builders and Bob Barrows. Choices are wide.
Also met Andy and his wife of Andair from England, and purchased a fuel selector valve and gascolator from them.
