Tonight we had 6 people working for about 2.5 hours. We worked exclusively on the turtledeck. We used a rivet fan to lay out the rivets on approximately 2" spacing. We left anywhere from 5/8- 3/4 of an inch on either end of the angle to gaurentee good edge distances. We started with a "40 drill and will eventually upsize the holes to 1/8" for the pop rivets the plans call for. Additionally, we will upsixe the lexan holes by one or two drill bit sizes so we can minimize or eliminate cracking. All in all this was one of our more productive nights and we are happy with the results. Next week will will likely work to complete the other side.
