Got both spars match drilled, with hinge attach points. Checked the ribs - no fluting needed on ANY of them! Match drilled and clecoed the frame together. Still need to fabricate the attach angle brackets on the front spar, waiting on my scroll saw. I tried using a dremel tool and the bad music starting playing - so I gave up and decided to wait for the right tool while I still had usable angle stock to work with. Also need to fabricate the shims for the inboard main ribs, need a caliper (couldn't tell which sheet of stock was AS3-040 without it). If you look closely you can see I numbered each rib for it's position - since they are match drilled I wanted them back in the same spot after deburr and priming.
