Installed platenuts on mounting plate. Painted second side of retaining strips. Painted inside of wing cutout with white enamel paint. Tied up ballast wiring with tie-wraps. Installed foam insulation on lightbulb. Installed platenuts on retaining strips. (Tip: When you intend to paint an assembly and then install flush rivets, you should countersink the holes slightly deeper than normal so the rivets are truly flush after assembly. What looks a perfect countersink depth before painting will not be perfect afterwards. It's very minor, but it's noticable.)
