Brief Description: Wing skin, fuel sender/pickup, nav light
Did final prep on wing skins: Beveled edge of inboard and outboard skins where they join. Prepped and primed the surface of the inboard skin where it is overlapped by the outboard one. Vacuumed inside of wing and checked for FOD. In accordance with AC 41-30, I re-fastened the grounding points for the pitot heat, nav lights and landing light using an extra cadmium washer. Clecoed the outboard skin and pitot mount in place.
Installed fuel pickup and clecoed anti-rotation tab (W-715) in place in L fuel tank cover. Test-fit L fuel level sender. (Will permanently attach and ProSeal these components later.)
Fastened nav light power puck onto outboard rib with #6 screws, washers and nyloc nuts.
Heat-shrunk labels onto inboard end of lighting wires.
The aftermarket fuel pickup and anti-rotation bracket.
