Continued fitting the Firewall to Fuselage. Cleo'd the Firewall support angles to forward side of Firewall.
Positioned the Bottom Boot Cowl Skin had to open the nose gear access a little to allow it to fit. Transferred drilled all the Tangs to #30 and then cleo'd as we went along.
Positioned and manufactured the Skin Stiffeners. Drilled out holes for them to fit on tabs. Then located and drilled out #30 holes every 2" between holes.
Laid the Floorbaord to ensure proper fit with it to the Bottowm Skin. No Modifications needed.
Applied masking tape to Station 2 door openingfor a trim reference.
Properly positioned Side Panel of Boot Cowl per Manual. Transfer drilled to #30 from top to bottom the top and side welded tabs.
