We continued working on the Flap Gap Seal only on the left wing. It doesn't appear the rivets are long enough to go through the seal, a couple layers of fabric, a bunch of coats of primer and paint and then the aft spar which in our case is webbed on its sides. Consequently we had to order a bunch of longer Avex rivets.
Speaking of which, we have had to order lots of bolts, washers, nuts and rivets as it does not appear we always have had enough or the sizes in the parts manual were not appropriate for the job concerned.
I.E., we had ordered with our kit originally from Rans, the optional Carbon Fiber wing tips. We received them but no srews to put them on. So, make sure you have Aircraft Spruce saved as a favorite on your computer. Buy lots of the small pieces becacuse they only cost a few cents a piece but the shipping is comparatively expensive. This will save you time because you will not be stuck waiting on the parts to arrive.
