Worked on deburring, drilling, AN470-AD4 riveting. The manufactured head of the 1/8" rivets had major deformation ( smiles ) due to excessive bouncing of the rivet set. Did some research and learned that the air pressure was much too high at the gun (90 PSI). Seems people use 30-40 PSI for AD3 - 3/32" and 60-70PSI for AD4 - 1/8". Ordered regulator to set pressure for rivet gun separate from drill & squeezer.
Tried pneumatic squeezer with AN470-AD4 rivets. Rivets look great using this method.
