The parts for the Tip Rib Assembly include the E-903 and E-904 outboard and inboard tip ribs, and the E-913 counterbalance skins.
The plans say to check that the flanges of the tip ribs are 90 degrees to the web and to adjust them with a hand seamer. Mine looked pretty good and did not require any adjustment.
I used my fluting pliers to flute the flanges of the tips ribs to straighten the web of each rib so that they were straight. The holes in the counterbalance skins need to line up with the holes in the flanges of the tip ribs. Fluting the flanges in the tip ribs allowed the holes to line up.
I clecoed the tip ribs and counterbalance skins together to assembly a left and right tip rib assembly.
