Spent the whole afternoon working on getting the oil door cut into the top cowl and mounting the hinge. Didn't like the way the oil door sat in the relief area of the cowl so cut it out full size and will fiberglass in the "stop" later. Mounted the hinge wrong, so now have to drill it out and start over. Frustrating.
