Finished installing aileron trim. Bent 606's 10 degrees on one end per plans. Installed 606's on control stick weldments, Attached springs and safety wire as directed. Realized that I barely had 1 thread showing when stop nuts put on bolts. Decided to take it all apart and put in longer bolts. Installed AN3-11A's instead of 10A's. Due to length of shoulder on bolt had to use one extra washer to get right fit. Once assembled had plenty of threads showing for proper installation, Began drilling holes in firewall for firewall forward items. Drilled holes A, B, C, and D for throttle, carb heat, mixture and heater vent.
