Drilled holes in weldments per plans for bolts. Cut notch into pivot block. Drilled 1/16" hole in weldment assembly for cotter pin. Assembled lower weldment into pivot block, added washer and inserted cotter pin. Placed assembly into bracket and put screw and bolt in to secure. Temporarily bolted on the top weldment and put entire assembly into place between center ribs in fuselage.
