Drilled holes for flap pushrod to go through fuselage. Shaped open to fit operation of flaps. Had to cut 3/4" off each end of the VA-256's to get proper length. Screwed rod end into each flap using Loctite to keep them in. Fit all pieces to each flap and attached to flap control arms. Took battery from Jeep and operated flaps while adjusting proper operational lengths. Installed WD-610 control column and WD-611 and WD-612 control sticks. Assembled rod ends and adjusted to length per plans. Assembled to control sticks.
