Brief Description: Wired Flap Motor and Flap Position Sensor
Pulled three lengths of 22ga wire through conduit to tunnel below seating area for the flap position sensor. Determine route for wires and drilled a grommet hole in bulkhead (see picture 3 at left top) and also in the tunnel cover in the baggage compartment area (see center bottom of picture 2 near delrin block). Pulled wires through grommets into the area. Placed 4 mounting bases on vertical aluminum member for zip ties. Stripped all wires for position sensor and flap motor and crimped on butt splice connectors and covered with heat shrink. Zip tied wires into the bases. Very happy with outcome.
