Mounted the ELT and Antenna. Mounting bracket for ELT did not match up to panel from Van's already riveted onto fuselage. Drilled out the four top rivets after planning where I wanted to place the mounting bracket. Drilled the four holes for the bracket and deburred. Screwed bracket on with screws and locking nuts. Blind riveted panel back on. Placed ELT into bracket and locked into place. Located position for antenna and drilled a half inch hole per directions. Made a doubler plate and mounted antenna loosely for now. Attached coax cable between antenna and ELT for trial fit. Fished cable from ELT to Remote Conrol Panel Indicator. Final layout of cable will have to wait until interior is in. Tested a couple places for mounting the audio alert box but will wait for all the VP-400 stuff to arrive before final placement. Took all Dynon items out of their boxes and began planning of where to mount them all. Need quite a bit of hardware that was not inculded. Trial fit oil pressure and fuel pressure sensors in mounting block but not final tightened. Doesn't seem like I got much done for 4.5 hours of work. Probably 3.5 hours of thinking and 1.0 hours of actual doing.
