Brief Description: Added additional electical connections to engine
46-14 Added connectors to the CHT wires and connected them to the three places on the engine per plans. (steps 6-8)
46-15 Completed steps 1-8. Connected rectifier regulator to cable from engine. Connected trigger coil assembly to firewall wire bundle wires. Added zip ties to hold together.
46-16 Installed both wires to the starter. Very tight space and needed to be creative to get tools into the narrow openings in order to tighten the bolts. Droped washers, nuts several times.
46-17 Installed manifold pressure hose.
46-18 Installed cushion clamps to bottom of engine. Here again it was initally a challenge, but plans suggested using safety wire to hold the clamps together and this really made it easier. Began to fabricate the 1/4" aluminum drain tube (FF-01223) Making really good progress on this engine install.
