Brief Description: Updated static system lines for Skyview
With the tailcone temporarily removed from storage, I began to update the static system per section 42D plans revision for the Skyview system. Since the ADHRS is installed in the tailcone, I needed to cut and adjust several of the static port lines. Removed the tube to the left static opening, cut away all the silicone that held it in place and replaced it with a new line. Also moved the Tee and installed two other larger plastic tubes.
Used the template provided to drill into the tailcone in order to install the brackets for the ADHRS. Primed the brackets and will rivet in place next.. All went smoothly tonight.
