I'm back! Winter break is over in the airplane shop. Fuselage kit arrived today from ABF Freight. Greg agreed to meet the driver as I was at work.
Began inventory this evening and as usual, Van's packing is extraordinary. Nothing damaged and extremely efficiently packed into what is really not a large crate. I cannot believe all the parts. I managed to inventory all the large items and sub-kits. Will have to begin going through the hardware tomorrow and there sure looks like a whole lot of that to count.
Only issue so far is pictured below. One of the engine mount brackets (WD-1204 PC) seems to have some spots of corrosion even though it is powder coated. Will likely send picture to Vans for comment when I am done with the inventory over the weekend.
Well packed crate. Extra packing paper already removed.
